BookingElf is an easy to use table booking system built for cafes and restaurants of any size, built by an experienced team of hospitality, marketing and tech experts from Australia and Singapore.
Our story
BookingElf is built by a team with years of experience running operations, marketing and digital projects for local and regional hospitality brands.
We have worked with everyone from first-time cafe owners to seasoned restaurateurs, and we kept seeing the same problem. Owners wanted online table reservations, but the established platforms were too expensive or too complex for a busy floor.
The systems they could afford were clumsy for guests to use. Everything else meant hours of admin: phone calls, emails and spreadsheets to keep up to date.
We built BookingElf to close that gap. It draws on what we have learned helping hospitality businesses launch and grow. It is as easy for guests to book as it is for your team to run service.
