Online booking system for your cafe or restaurant
BookingElf gives your venue its own online booking system and booking page. Guests pick a date, time and party size, and the booking lands straight in your diary.
What you can do
Take bookings around the clock
Guests choose a date, time and party size, then add their name, contact details and any requests.
No guest login needed
Guests book with just their name and contact details. There is no account to create and no password to remember.
Let guests change or cancel
Every confirmation includes a private link to manage the booking, up to the cancellation cutoff you set.
Customise your booking page
Add your logo, colours, heading, subheading, header image, confirmation message and footer, and word the marketing opt-in your way.
Your booking link on Google and Instagram
Add your booking link to your Google Business Profile and your Instagram bio.
Embed it or share a QR code
Put the booking form on your own website, or print the QR code for tables and windows.
Several venues, one page
If you run more than one venue, guests pick the venue first.
Works on any screen
The booking page adapts to phones, tablets and computers, so guests can book wherever they find you.
SEO friendly
Set your page title, description and social sharing image. Each venue gets a readable web address and restaurant structured data for search engines.
Install it like an app
BookingElf can be added to the home screen of a phone or tablet.
How it works
- Set your tables, hours and booking rules.
- Share your booking link on your website, Google and Instagram.
- Bookings arrive in your diary and guests get a confirmation email.
Your booking page on Google Search and Maps
Add your BookingElf link in your Google Business Profile under Bookings. A profile can carry up to 10 links per category, including links to make a reservation (Google Business Profile Help). The link shows on your profile in Search and Maps. Guests tap it and book on your own page, where your table sizes, joins, kitchen caps and pacing all apply.
Questions

No. Guests book without creating an account, and change or cancel through the private link in their confirmation email.
Do guests pay a booking fee?
No. Guests book for free and you pay one flat monthly price.
Do I need a website?
No. Your booking page works on its own, so you can share the link anywhere.
