How much does BookingElf cost?
$40 a month per location. Free set up support, no fixed-term contract, cancel any time.
Is there a fixed-term contract?
No. Your plan is pre-paid monthly, and you can cancel any time.
Do guests pay a booking fee?
No. Guests book for free.
Can guests find my booking page on Google?
Yes. Add your BookingElf link in your Google Business Profile under Bookings. Guests tap it on Search or Maps and book on your own page. This is a text link and not a 'Reserve a Table' button.
Do you send reminders?
Yes. Guests get a confirmation email and a booking reminder, each with a link to change or cancel.
Can I import my existing bookings?
Yes. Upload past bookings from a CSV file, up to 500 rows per import, and your guest records build from them.
Can I enable booking deposits?
No. BookingElf cannot process guest deposits for table reservations.
Can I use SMS for guest confirmations and reminders?
Not currently, but this may be a feature in a future build.
How long does setup take?
Our hosted version of BookingElf can be set up and ready to take bookings in a few hours.
