Quandoo has closed: what to do with your bookings

Quandoo has closed in every market, including Australia and Singapore, and its platform is no longer available. If your venue used Quandoo, contact Quandoo support for your bookings and guest data before 31 December 2026. (As at October 2026. Sources: Quandoo, The Straits Times)

Steps to switch

  1. Export your guest list and future bookings from your current system.
  2. Fill in the Get started form.
  3. Send us your bookings as a CSV file.
  4. Update the booking link on your website, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram.
  5. Let guests with future bookings know where their booking now lives.

What file do you need?

A CSV file of your bookings with date, time, name, email, phone and party size. Most booking systems export this.

Is there a limit on how much you can import?

Each import takes up to 500 rows. We split bigger files into several imports.

What if my old system will not give me an export?

You can still switch. Your guest records build up again as guests book with BookingElf.
